Flipping houses can be tough, especially if you don’t have any money and you’re a total beginner. But lets say you’ve found a great home, duplex, fourplex, etc and you want it to flip it.

The first step is you’re going to need to identify your own strengths when it comes to flipping houses. Are you good at underwriting? Do you know the area? Are you a good handyman or contractor? Are you a licensed agent? Do you have good credit so maybe you could put a personal guarantee on a loan with a partner? Do you have any money you can put down? Could you sell it yourself to save money? ETC.

Then you need to go and find another person or people with complimenting skill sets and resources. That way, together, you can all make a deal work so that you can flip that property!
