Keegan-Michael Key sells spread in NYC super tower for $5M

Comedian Keegan-Michael Key has sold his apartment at the Herzog & de Meuron-designed 56 Leonard St. in Tribeca for an even $5 million, according to city property records. It was asking $5.49 million. 

The 1,624-square-foot pad comes with two bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms. There are 11-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, an entrance gallery that leads to a living room and an open kitchen — and two terraces.

The “Jenga” building features a 75-foot infinity pool with a sun deck, a gym, steam room and sauna, a private dining room and on-site parking

The listing brokers were Douglas Elliman’s Tim Malone and Steven Cohen.
