Greg Norman, aka “The Great White Shark” of pro golf, is re-listing his Jupiter Island beach home for a whopping $60,000,000 after 14 years of rebuilding it.

The Florida estate was first listed back in 2007 for $65 million before it was rebuilt.

Norman, 65, purchased the property for only $4.9 million in 1991. Since, the property has expanded by nearly 6,800 square feet using a permit that was set to expire.

In total the properties sit on an 8.31-acre lot spanning 31,820 square feet. It includes the eight houses in total: the main house, coach house, pool house, tennis house, boat house, carriage house, beach house, and a 5,000 square feet basement.

The Aussie golf legend took a break from discussing his “hilarious” viral bulge to tell the Miami Herald that his real estate “vision was to create a sanctuary.”

The main house has 10 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms with oceanfront views and complete privacy. It includes a US open sized tennis court, fitness center, movie theater, an elevator, two main pools, a spa, a 1,900 bottle wine cellar, bar and gourmet kitchen.

“My wife and I feel it is time to move on after 30 years here,” Norman told the outlet. “COVID-19 and the whole pandemic experience with social distancing and being isolated from our families — most of whom live overseas — this past year has made us realize how short life truly is and has caused us to reevaluate how and where we want to spend the rest of our lives.”

He went on to add, “Memories here are numerous and endless, and they will be forever etched in our minds.”

A 2001 World Golf Hall of Fame inductee with the highest percentage of votes (80%) of any linkster to date, Norman spent 331 weeks as the world’s number 1 officially ranked golfer. He has won 89 professional tournaments in total, including 20 PGA Tour tournaments and two majors: The Open Championships in 1986 and 1993.

Norman also made headlines in November 2020 when he detailed the severe COVID-19 symptoms that “kicked the crap” out of him as he returned to a hospital after initially thinking he had beat the worst of the coronavirus.

“I am fit and strong and have a high tolerance for pain but this [is] like nothing I have ever experienced before,” Norman wrote on Instagram at the time.
