Would you pay $615K for this geodesic dome home?

A humble mound of a house just commanded quite the sales price.

Set in a Southern California forest, this looker of a geodesic home has freshly sold for $615,000, The Post has learned.

The idyllic little spherical structure, constructed in 1986, hit the market last month and went off it this week.

The property is nestled in the San Jacinto Mountains, in the unincorporated community of Idyllwild, not far from Joshua Tree.

Visually, it is mostly roof, but inside it boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms across slightly less than 1,700 square feet.

The main entrance leads directly into a dining area, off of which is the main room, with a living area and a kitchen.

The primary bedroom shares the ground floor and has ensuite bath and, in square-shape offshoots to the main circle of a floorplan, there’s a second bedroom and a laundry room with additional storage space.

The third bedroom and second bathroom are upstairs, in a half-circle shaped loft.

Additionally, there’s a guest house and an artist studio in a separate structure on the grounds, which measure in at just under 1 acre.

“A creative use of multi-shaped skylights [brings] a wave of natural light into the main spaces, and a scenic view of the sunsets in the evenings and stars at night,” says the listing — adding that the quiet, secluded compound “offers a unique mountain experience mixed with modern amenities, original warm paneling and stylish, sharp design.”

Recent additions include a kitchen renovation (it now brags concrete countertops and stainless steel appliances), cork flooring — and a new hot tub, a water heater, a washer/dryer and the guest house roof.

Idyllwild’s downtown is within walking distance, as are hiking trails.

The buyers were repped by Donna Baker and Gina Ammon of Douglas Elliman; the sellers were repped by Benjamin Kahle and Daniel Miracle of Compass.
