Bugatti to build Dubai residences with drive-in penthouses

Drive-ins are usually associated with outdoor theaters, but now they’re having a residential moment.

A new luxury complex by Bugatti — the automaker’s first — is set to feature, among other lavish amenities, penthouse suites equipped with car elevators.

In partnership with Binghatti, an Emirati developer, Bugatti is creating an eponymous opulent building — with freshly released renderings promising a glittering futurescape.

Bugatti Residences by Binghatti will be a “ground-breaking real estate development in the heart of Dubai,” a press release trumpets.

The first-of-its-kind collaboration was announced last week at the city’s Coca-Cola Arena by Binghatti CEO Muhammad BinGhatti and Bugatti Rimac CEO Mate Rimac.

Set for the ultramodern capital’s Business Bay neighborhood, the skyscraping tower will have a silver facade that appears to undulate.

A dizzying aerial rendering shows an enormous stack of pool-equipped roof decks, tiered so they fan out from the top floor, allowing each unit direct sunlight.

In all, the project will include 171 “Riviera mansions” and 11 “sky mansion penthouses,” with amenities including a beach, private pool, fitness club, chef’s table, valet, members club and two “garage-to-penthouse car lifts,” according to the companies’ statement.

Residents will also enjoy access to tailored services such as a “bespoke chauffeur and concierge.”

The in-the-works housing innovation may not be the most out-of-this-world Dubai development. A massive moon hotel could be heading to the city soon.

Canada-based Moon World Resorts intends to build a series of properties that resemble the moon.

Spain, the US and Singapore could be tapped for one of these retreats in the near future, The Post previously reported.
