Bradley Cooper is saying goodbye to his nearly two-decade-long California home, The Post has learned.
This is Cooper’s first home that he ever purchased.
He bought the two-bedroom, two-bathroom Venice bungalow back in 2004 for $1.2 million — during the early years of his career. He would go on to star in “The Hangover” five years later, in 2009, that would flip the switch to other major roles.
Occupying a modest 1,570 square feet, the home is now listed for sale asking $2.4 million.
Tucked away behind mature landscaping for seclusion and privacy, Cooper, 48, enlisted renowned interior designer Santillane de Chanaleilles to shape his home.
Boasting an open-concept plan, the home features a great room complete with a dining area, a kitchen with an oversize concrete breakfast bar and a living area with a fireplace.
French doors in the living areas lead to the manicured gardens, providing easy indoor-outdoor living.
“The garden area is so private, it feels more like an open-air living room,” the listing notes.
The primary bedroom suite features louver door closets, and a spa-like bathroom with terra cotta tile, a black metal-framed shower and a clawfoot bathtub. French doors in the bedroom open out to the backyard.
There is also a detached rear structure that can be used as a bonus room for an office, a home gym or an extra living space.
“Situated in an ideal spot for those who enjoy the California beach lifestyle, it boasts enticing amenities such as a fire pit, Jacuzzi, and outdoor living space,” Diana Braun, who holds the listing with Compass, told The Post in a statement.
“Although the local housing market has undergone some changes since last summer, the demand from buyers remains robust, and they now have a greater selection to choose from. Despite the increase in inventory, it has yet to reach the levels seen during the previous recession.”
Meanwhile, Cooper still has two Pacific Palisades homes — one he purchased for $4.8 million in 2021 and another that he purchased back in 2009 for $4.7 million. The “Silver Linings Playbook” actor also bought a New York City townhouse in 2020 for $13.5 million.
Cooper’s other known roles include “A Star Is Born,” the “Avengers” franchise, and “Limitless.”
He is set to appear in “Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves” — and is the executive producer on the upcoming TV series “FDR.”
