NFL star Jerry Tillery, a Las Vegas Raiders defensive tackle, is in contract to purchase a New York City penthouse at 145 Central Park North.
The last asking price was $4.75 million. The final sale price isn’t yet known.
The news comes shortly after Tillery signed a new contract with the Raiders in March, following a tumultuous season in 2022 as he played the first half of the season with the Los Angeles Chargers.
The four-bedroom, three-bath penthouse comes with a tricked-out roof deck complete with a hot tub and an outdoor kitchen overlooking Central Park, framed by the city skyline.
At 1,757 square feet, the residence also features white oak floors, floor-to-ceiling windows and a fireplace.
There’s an open living and dining room overlooking Central Park, an open kitchen and a main bedroom that also boasts park views — along with double closets and an ensuite bath.
Harlem prices have been on the rise since last summer, when Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka sold their brownstone for $6.99 million, a neighborhood record.
Tillery first toured the penthouse last April, when he was a defensive end for the Los Angeles Chargers.
Building amenities include a doorman, a package room, a children’s playroom, a gym and a residents-only lounge. Up on the roof, views span from the park to the city skyline.
Crypto entrepreneur Lane Rettig and his wife Lily also own in the building, as Gimme Shelter previously reported.
Mike Fabbri and Joe Curry of Nestseekers share the co-exclusive listing with Ryan Serhant of Serhant New Development. The buyer’s broker is Viktoryia Shymchonak of Compass.
