There’s lots of change on the homefront for Ivanka Trump these days. First, she distanced herself from her father’s latest presidential campaign. Ivanka has also been silent regarding the Trump Organization, which was found guilty of criminal tax fraud on Tuesday. Her relationship with husband Jared Kushner also appears to be frosty, according to Page Six.
Now, Gimme Shelter has learned, the couple is vacating the luxury condo they’ve rented near Miami Beach — and it’s slated to hit the market in 2023 for $18.8 million.
The unit is at Arte, an über-luxury oceanfront tower designed by Italian architect Antonio Citterio in Surfside. It’s the last sponsor unit in the building — a six-bedroom duplex that’s close to 7,000 square feet and comes with more than 1,480 square feet of private wraparound terraces with Brazilian ipe decking.
The couple called this unit their home while renovating a glam spread on Indian Creek Island, which they purchased for $24 million in 2021.
At Arte, which saw a $33 million penthouse sale in 2020, the home boasts ocean views — including from the main bedroom on the upper level — along with a chef’s kitchen on each floor and a private entertainment area on the lower level.
Design details include white oak floors and a floor-to-ceiling glass wall system. There’s also a dramatic private staircase that leads directly to the beach, a pool, a meditation pond and a spa.
Building amenities also include a concierge, security, a gym and tennis on the roof.
