Cristina Haack is ending the year with a divorce, a new engagement and a new ocean-view mansion.
And the reality star is wasting no time showing off her new life.
Haack, 38, recently gave fans a sneak peek of the view from her sprawling $10.5 million home in Dana Point, California.
The “Flip or Flop” co-host was seen walking outside during sunset to her expansive deck and infinity pool, as she showed her dog howling at sirens in the distance.
“Does anyone else’s (dog) do this to sirens?! It’s my fav thing ever,” she wrote on Instagram.
Meanwhile, the television personality also celebrated Christmas in her new home with her family.
In another post, the “Christina on the Coast” host posed in front of her Christmas tree with her fiancé, Josh Hall, and her three children: daughter Taylor, 11, and sons Brayden, six and Hudson, two.
“Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night,” the caption read.
Before she was engaged to Hall, she bought the love nest, which was built in 2020 and spans over 6,000 square feet with five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.
The home is situated in the exclusive gated community, The Strand at Headlands, comprising about 45 homes. Amenities of the neighborhood include exclusive access to the community’s private beach club with a fitness center, pool, bar and lounge.
Interior amenities include a coffered-ceiling office, a carpeted dual-level movie theater and a billiards room.
The quarter-acre lot overlooks the Pacific Ocean and offers a pool, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor seating and dining areas. The rooftop deck has a large fireplace and additional seating and dining areas.
The chef’s kitchen features granite counters, two islands, self-closing cabinets and drawers, a butler’s pantry and a windowed breakfast nook with peaked cathedral ceilings.
Meanwhile, the owner’s suite has a fireplace, a spa-like bathroom and a standalone tub, according to the listing.
Haack purchased the home after unloading the $5.35 million house she shared with her ex-husband, Ant Anstead.
The “Christina Family Trust” purchased the mansion on July 7, records show, just over two weeks after she finalized her divorce with the 42-year-old “Wheelers Dealers” British presenter.
