I was going to start a Podcast called “Ask The Newbie” where seasoned real estate investors could ask me, “The Newbie”, anything about my current deals and investment strategies.
I was told that I didn’t technically qualify as a newbie because of the amount of deals that I’ve done.
Whatever! I still feel like a Newbie and my perspective is still one that is more easily digestible from new investors or seasoned investors new to creative financing.
