Buying My 5th Rental Property At 20 Years Old

In this video I give you a tour of my brand new rental property that I am closing on. It’s a 3 bedroom townhouse with a 2 car garage, nearly 1,600 square feet.

As a beginner to real estate investing, this has been an ongoing learning experience and I am excited to continue the journey. This property is going to be another rental property to produce passive income after I live in it for a short while.

This was a standard investment property loan, with a 30 year fixed mortgage of about $1,100. I will be able to get $1,850 in gross rent once I rent this to a tenant. That will produce some great passive income and a good cash-on-cash return.
