Big Sean has big plans — but they apparently don’t involve his house anymore.
The “I Don’t F–k With You” rapper and singer, 32, has listed his Malibu mansion with a recording studio — and even a nightclub — for almost $12.5 million, according to Realtor.com. The seven-bed, 7 ½-bath home has almost 11,000 square feet, according to the listing.
The Mediterranean house has a two-story entry, formal living and dining rooms, a family room with a wet bar, a chef’s kitchen with dual marble islands, an office, a library, staff quarters and a 13-person theater. The owner’s bedroom suite has a fireplace, a spa bath, a dressing room and a balcony, according to the listing.
The half-acre lot by the Pacific Ocean has a two-car garage, a motor court, canyon and city views, a resort-style backyard with an outdoor living room, a fireplace, a pool and a spa.
The rap singer gave the 2005-built mansion a major overhaul before setting the price at $3.8 million higher than he originally paid. He purchased the home from 55-year-old Guns N’ Roses singer Slash in 2017 for $8.7 million.
He scored a $2.3 million discount, perhaps due in part to the rock ‘n’ roll singer’s eccentric snakeskin wallpaper and pirate-ship chandeliers, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Big Sean, whose real name is Sean Michael Leonard Anderson, most recently released “Detroit 2” in September 2020, in which he turned heads with “Wolves” featuring Post Malone, “Body Language” with Ty Dolla $ign and “Lithuania” featuring Travis Scott.
The rapper and singer has been known for his relationships with Ariana Grande and the late Naya Rivera, who passed away in a drowning accident on Lake Piru last year. He was most recently known to be dating R&B singer Jhené Aiko, though in 2019 she confirmed that the couple had broken up.
