This glamorous Upper East Side penthouse, formerly owned by Broadway producer and socialite Terry Allen Kramer, is back on the market with a dramatic $13 million price chop.
The 6,241-square-foot penthouse at 15 E. 69th St. asked $45 million last year.
It’s now asking $32 million with a different brokerage firm. Kramer, heir to the fortune of Charlie Allen Jr., founder of the investment firm Allen & Co., produced shows including “Kinky Boots,” “Evita,” and “Hello, Dolly!” (Her Palm Beach estate, half a mile from Mar-a-Lago, sold for $111 million to New York hedge fund billionaire Steven Schonfeld, as we reported exclusively. It’s still a record price for Palm Beach.)
The East 69th Street penthouse features 2,000 square feet of outdoor space over two terraces — and stunning city and skyline views.
The home opens to a private elevator landing and is anchored by a marble clad staircase with a cast-iron and bronze bannister and marble floors.
Other details include a wood-paneled living room with a woodburning fireplace, and French doors that lead to one of the terraces.
There’s also a library, a home office, a chef’s kitchen and informal dining room.
Building amenities include a concierge, doorman, gym and bike room.
The penthouse also features a double-sized storage unit, wine cellar and $11,701 monthly maintenance fees.
The listing broker is Serena Boardman of Sotheby’s.
