Throughout the economic cycle’s ups and downs, industry stakeholders have been striving to manage and track to the wealth of capital flowing in and out of commercial real estate.
Handling the entire process, at the center of it all, are the arrangers of debt and equity transactions.
These middlemen and middlewomen are working to structure deals and ensure that the needs of both borrowers and lenders are met during these unprecedented times.
As deal structures become increasingly complex and lending sources continue to multiply, these professionals are continually expanding their skillsets in order to navigate and succeed within the environment.
In effort to highlight these determined, crucial efforts, we are seeking the top professionals and firms that assist in arranging and placing debt and equity offerings within commercial real estate for GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum’s next Influencer series.
We will collect nominations and profile the pioneers who have made an impact with their individual efforts, as well as the teams and entire organizations that have become critical to the industry.
Be it through their contributions to the industry, the vast successes they’ve racked up in completing deals, or the innovations and best practices they’ve introduced to the business, these are commercial real estate’s Rainmakers in Debt & Equity Finance.
The deadline for nominations is October 16, 2020. To apply, click here.
