Chris Pratt and Anna Faris’ former Los Angeles home has listed for $7.5 million.
The property, which once belonged to the Hollywood stars, is now owned by Brett Mahoney, the executive producer and showrunner behind several hit TV shows, such as “CSI: Miami.” Billy Rose and Natasha Sizlo of The Agency hold the listing.
Pratt and Faris offloaded the Mediterranean-style estate in 2020 for $4.75 million, just two years after finalizing their highly publicized divorce.
The former couple, who bought the home for $3.3 million in 2013, were required by their divorce agreement to remain within 5 miles of each other until their son completed sixth grade — and both still reside in the area. Their son is now 12.
Built in 1979, the sprawling 4,700-square-foot residence has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. While the dwelling maintains much of its original Mediterranean charm — with wooden-beam ceilings and arched doorways — Pratt and Faris made some significant updates during their time as owners.
The highlights of the property are undoubtedly its outdoor features, including multiple covered patios, a saltwater pool and spa, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a fire pit and a private gym pavilion. There’s also a lighted tennis court and lush landscaping.
Inside, the home offers a blend of cozy modern farmhouse aesthetics, featuring a bright foyer with glass double doors, formal living and dining rooms with vaulted ceilings, and a family room with a painted brick fireplace.
The chef’s kitchen boasts sleek white cabinetry, marble tile backsplashes and a spacious island. Outside, the covered patio is perfect for entertaining, and the motor court leads to a three-car garage.
Pratt and Faris, who met in 2007 while working on the film “Take Me Home Tonight,” were married in 2009 and separated after eight years of marriage. Despite their split, the two have managed to stay on good terms — geographically at least.
Faris now resides in an eco-friendly mansion in Pacific Palisades, while Pratt purchased a $15.6 million property nearby, which he recently put up for sale.
In 2023, Pratt and his current wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, made headlines for their new $12.5 million Brentwood estate, a move that sparked controversy. The couple faced backlash for demolishing a midcentury-modern masterpiece designed by architect Craig Ellwood, known as the Zimmerman House.
The historic home was razed to make way for a much larger modern mansion, drawing criticism from architecture enthusiasts and preservationists alike.
