Former LA mansion of Yolanda Hadid, Kylie Jenner asking $35M

Real Estate

A Malibu manse with a star-studded resident history is looking for a new owner.

Located atop a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this palatial compound hit the market late last month for a cool $34.995 million.

Known as the Carbon Canyon Estate, the Mediterranean-inspired, 11,622-square-foot abode is set on 3.25 private acres and offers a host of amenities fit for celebrities.

The listing is held by Daniel Milstein and Aaron Kirman of AKG | Christie’s International Real Estate.

“This property is a timeless piece of real estate situated in one of the best locations of Malibu,” Milstein told The Post. “It really is a Bel Air or Beverly Hills type of property by the ocean. Oftentimes we see Malibu homes with the same type of feel to them… this home is on a completely different level exuding privacy, space, and tranquility all combined together.”

Four-season “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Yolanda Hadid — who is also mother to models Gigi, Bella and Anwar Hadid — paid $4.5 million for the address in 2007 and rebuilt the manse to suit her and her ex-husband, composer David Foster, according to Robb Report. (The listing reports that the residence was completed in 2009.)

The home appeared on “Real Housewives” during Hadid’s time on the show, and became a viral sensation for its glassed-in produce fridge, or the “world famous stand along ‘frantry,’ a pantry-sized fridge for fruits and vegetables,” as the listing describes it.

A few years later, in 2015, Hadid sold the mansion to private equity firm founder Robert F. Smith and his wife, who in 2019 rented it to Kylie Cosmetics-founder and reality TV star Kylie Jenner for $450,000 a month, the outlet noted.

Today, the home is listed as offering six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, multiple fireplaces, a west-facing infinity pool, various al fresco dining area, a massage room, extensive landscaping, a second-story terrace, lemon orchard, private nanny suite with auxiliary staircase, outdoor parking for over 20 cars and indoor parking for five vehicles.
