Why have one home when you can have two?
The Maple Villas, two newly constructed Hamptons homes, have hit the market, The Post has learned.
Located in Montauk, these modern residences offer vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, representing a rare compound opportunity priced at a staggering $38 million. If they sell for that sum, they’d break a local record for the priciest non-oceanfront property ever sold — which now stands at $14 million.
Each home comes crafted by Italian architect Piero Lissoni.
Set upon 2 sprawling acres, these homes have kitchens outfitted by Boffi with butler’s pantries, natural stone islands and Gaggenau appliances.
What’s more: The homes come furnished with pieces from the Lissoni collection.
The home at 18 Maple, with approximately 9,000 square feet, offers six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
The home at 22 Maple, also with approximately 9,000 square feet, offers six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and an elevator servicing all levels.
Each home offers a lower level outfitted with amenities including a theater and a gym. Both homes also boast rooftop decks highlighting 360-degree elevated views of the ocean.
Alessandro Zampedri and JK Living are the developers behind this project.
Upon entering one of the homes is a dramatic 12-foot glass door overlooking a framed heated gunite pool and yard. Located on the west wing of the first floor is a primary suite that features a large deck with views of the pool and gardens, and a spacious custom 117-square-foot walk-in closet, the listing states.
The other home also features an outdoor terrace with an additional heated pool, a fire pit and an expansive deck. Additionally, the covered portion of this terrace provides an outdoor living/dining room experience for al fresco dining.
Kyle Rosko and Marcy Braun of the Eklund Gomes Team at Douglas Elliman hold the listing.
