Fox News anchor Bret Baier is unloading his Palm Beach, Florida home only a year after he purchased it.

The television personality is hoping to score a great profit too, according to Realtor.com.

Initially, Baier and his wife, Amy Baier, shelled out $12 million for the three-bedroom, five-bathroom estate, located 5 minutes from Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago.

The non-waterfront home hit the market for $16.5 million earlier this month.

Occupying over 4,100 square feet, the Baiers purchased the home from fashion mogul Tommy Hilfiger in March 2022.

Located outside of the gates of the Palm Beach Country Club, features include high ceilings, marble flooring and French doors throughout.

The entry foyer leads to the formal living room with a fireplace. The gourmet eat-in kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances and opens to the living/dining area, the listing notes.

On the second level is the primary suite, an additional loft/family/bonus room and an expansive open terrace.

Outdoor amenities include a covered loggia, a pool, a built-in grill and landscaped grounds.

Newly built in 2021, the home that was sitting on the land prior had cost only $2.3 million.

The exponential price increases is a telling sign for how the Florida real estate market has exploded in the recent years.

Miami, for example, came out on top — surpassing even New York City for the least affordable housing market after the pandemic boom.

In June 2020, Baier put his mansion in Washington, DC, on the market for $7.9 million. The stately, five-bedroom home sold a year later for $6.5 million.
