Clive Davis is out of 108 Leonard St. almost as fast as he bought into it.

The 91-year-old music legend sold his fifth-floor Tribeca pad in the historic building for $4.6 million, according to city property records. That’s almost the same price as the $4.59 million he paid for it in 2021.

The three-bedroom, 3½-bath pad is 2,448 square feet. It opens to a foyer and features a corner great room with 12-foot ceilings and lots of windows. Details include wide-plank oak floors, an open chef’s kitchen and plenty of storage.

The 19th-century, 16-story landmarked building was designed by McKim, Mead & White. It once held the grand headquarters of the New York Life Insurance Company before it was converted to condos in 2018.

The massive building spans the block between Lafayette Street and Broadway, and comes with a “paparazzi-proof” garage and three separate entrances.

The privacy element has also made it an attractive building for celebs like Nicole Kidman and her husband, country singer Keith Urban, as Gimme reported exclusively. Building amenities include a pool, a hot tub and a gym.

Davis, a five-time Grammy winner, is the subject of a documentary currently on Netflix called “Clive Davis: The Soundtrack of Our Lives.”
