New images show progress at Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump’s Fla. mansion

It’s not the White House — but new images show a chic white mansion that Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump are renovating in Florida.

The former White House advisors bought this Indian Creek Island property for a reported $32 million after leaving Washington.

At the time it was for sale, marketing images showed the French neoclassical-style home dressed in a tan tone — with the new photographs displaying a spread that’s since been colored white. A statement pool directly in front of the home remains.

This has been a long time coming for the couple, but they’ve had temporary housing about 1 mile away from this property as the work has gone on.

Until recently, Kushner and Trump resided in Surfside — renting a condo unit at the oceanfront Arte tower designed by the Italian architect Antonio Citterio. The last sponsor unit in the 16-unit development, this six-bedroom duplex gave the family 7,000 square feet of space with more than 1,480 square feet of wraparound terraces. They lived there after leaving the White House in January 2021.

But that unit hit the market early this year via Douglas Elliman for $18.8 million and didn’t take long to sell — for $17 million. The new owner-slash-the couple’s new landlord — who was represented by Ohad Fisherman of Societe Real Estate — was expected to take over their lease, which was set to expire in March.

Real estate sources tell The Post that Kushner and Trump extended their lease for a brief period under the new ownership, but that they aren’t living there any longer.

It isn’t clear where specifically they’re kicking up their feet these days; the couple, via a rep, declined The Post’s request for comment.

That Surfside home was nice, but their permanent base on Indian Creek Island will be customized to their specifications.

Documents released by Miami-Dade County show proposals that include a sprawling master wing on the second floor, with a hallway leading to his-and-hers closets and a spa-like ensuite bath. That suite, along with other bedrooms on the other end of this floor (plans show a total of five), leads outside to a large terrace.

What’s more, proposals for the first floor show the main house aims to open into a large foyer with a dome-shaped cupola — and curbed staircases on either side. A Florida Room will have floor-to-ceiling windows opening to a large deck and a pool. The proposal for this floor also shows a chef’s kitchen next to a dining room, a family room with a wet bar and a movie room.

Elsewhere, a library/office will have a balcony of its own — and, outside, a cabana will sit on the water’s edge in front of the pool, according to the documents. The cabana itself will have a steam room and a sauna, a cold plunge, a gym and a free-standing outdoor shower.

Indian Creek Island has also been home to other A-list residents, including the model Adriana Lima who sold her home there in 2022 for $40 million. Tom Brady has been building a home there, too.

The island has only 34 homes.
