Homes For Sale In Las Vegas – Housing Meltdown! As interest rates continue to climb, so too does the amount of homes for sale in Las Vegas. Housing inventory has tripled since this time last year. Higher mortgage rates along with increasing inventory is a recipe for a housing meltdown. This is good news if you are buyer as you now have thousands of homes for sale in Las Vegas to choose from at all price points. New home construction is especially becoming vulnerable as homebuilders standing inventory of unsold homes continues to grow. Homeowners are losing equity each month as the homes for sale in Las Vegas continues to increase. I believe we are now potentially seeing the beginning of a housing meltdown. If you are thinking about buying one of the many homes for sale in Las Vegas, be patient and wait to buy later this year. I believe the amount of homes for sale in Las Vegas will continue to increase leading to lower home prices as we go through 2023. Las Vegas home prices have consistently be declining each month and I don’t see that changing anytime this year. The prudent play is to sit on the sidelines and let this housing meltdown unfold before buying a Las Vegas home.
