Justin and Hailey Bieber move into Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s former building

Star couple Justin and Hailey Bieber are Tribeca’s latest celeb residents — renting a sprawling condo at 195 Hudson St., Gimme Shelter can exclusively reveal.

But they’re not the first big-name residents to live in this address.

The building, standing on the corner of Hudson and Desbrosses streets, was formerly home to Beyoncé and Jay-Z (the two were even married there in 2008) as well as “RHONY” star and Skinnygirl founder Bethenny Frankel.

The Biebers’ new fourth-floor rental comes with three bedrooms and 2½ baths in a 2,312-square-foot, gut-renovated space that last asked a cool $22,000 a month.

It’s in a brick building that dates to 1924, when it housed the United States Rubber Company.

Despite getting this sweet home, Bieber himself recently landed in some hot water.

Early this month, he was named as a defendant in a class-action Federal Central District Court of California lawsuit over allegations that Yuga Labs — the creator of Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT collection — deliberately inflated the value of its NFTs to benefit insiders, according to Artnet. Specifically, two collectors’ allegations include that the company made paid celebrity endorsements appear organic, which artificially inflated prices.

Other high-profile names listed in the suit include Madonna, Stephen Curry, Serena Williams and Jimmy Fallon. (Yuga Labs has denied all allegations of wrongdoing.)

Legal disputes aside, the Biebers’ new crib comes with 11-foot ceilings, 9-foot double-paned windows, original mushroom columns and polished white concrete floors.

There’s also an open kitchen and — elsewhere — a main bedroom with sliding glass doors, along with a marble and teak spa-style bathroom. Design details also include privacy solar shades, a perk for celebs.

That said, the apartment also comes with a celeb-friendly deeded parking space in the building’s private garage.

Brown Harris Stevens listing agent Dale Irwin declined to comment.
