Less than two weeks after Mitt Romney listed his chic Utah lodge for $11.5 million, the senator has already scored a buyer.

The mountain estate first listed on Oct. 12. It went into contract on Oct. 21, listing records show.

Located in Deer Valley in Park City, Romney purchased the property in 2013 for more than $9 million following his defeat in the 2012 presidential race.

The sale comes after the junior senator from Utah voiced his uncertainty in regards to running for a second term come 2024.

“I’m going to cross that bridge down the road. I haven’t given a lot of attention yet,” Romney told The Hill.

Spanning more than 8,700 square feet, the estate is made up of six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms.

Features of the newly renovated home include panoramic views of the surrounding Wasatch Mountains, a private ski tunnel off the lower level and an expansive deck.

An open-concept floor plan, the home boasts high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, six suites, two bunk rooms, multiple balconies and an elevator, the listing notes.

Designed by Fred Babcock, outdoor amenities include a mountainside hot tub and a fire pit.

“This side of the mountain is well maintained and has a pre-season, man-made snow base allowing recreation to continue despite the snow and weather conditions,” the listing says.

Mansion Global was the first to report on the listing update.

The move to sell the lodge also comes a year after he sold off his San Diego home for a whopping $23 million.

Romney endured years of backlash from neighbors for tearing down and demolishing the initial oceanfront structure and building a new, bigger home.
