Tommy Lee tries once more to sell California mansion

This home sweet home has looks that kill, but it’s yet to kickstart the hearts of any buyers.

Tommy Lee, the Mötley Crüe drummer and ex-husband of Pamela Anderson, is once more attempting to offload his suburban Los Angeles hideaway.

Lee — who turned 60 on Monday — purchased the roughly 10,000-square-foot digs for $5.85 million in 2007 and first tried to offload it in 2016, when he listed it for close to $6 million, Dirt reported. The Calabasas, California crib has subsequently been listed, re-listed and taken off the market close to a dozen times.

(Lee does, however, have a newfound income stream in OnlyFans, which he announced he’d be joining last month after Instagram censored a nude snap he posted.)

Currently it’s asking $4.59 million, meaning even if it sells, Lee has given up on the hope of making a profit on the property. Emil Hartoonian of the Agency has the listing.

The unique property “exudes the feel of a Bali resort,” Hartoonian told The Post, adding that it offers “a unique balance of artistic functionality and tropical escape, the perfect blend of work balance and relaxation fit for rock royalty.”

However, Lee’s wife warns the property may come with a permanent tenant. Brittany Furlan, who married the infamous drummer in 2019, detailed her phantom theory in an Oct. 3 TikTok video.

“Okay guys, so I have a suspicion,” the internet star said, explaining that the previous homeowner encountered “an Indian lady’s spirit in this room has her face burned off.”

To back up her theory, Furlan shows that her dog refuses to enter the spooky room. Furlan tosses a ball down one hallway away from the room, and the dog happily chases after it.
When Furlan tosses the same ball “in the room with the spirit,” however, the dog instead stands at Furlan’s feet and ominously stares inside.

“She will not f–k with that room, even if I go in there. She will not. She will not go in there,” Furlan says.

Apart from the paranormal, the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom, three-story compound’s interior has log-beamed ceilings throughout — and a double-height central atrium filled with plants, a koi pond and a retractable roof. The primary suite on the main level has sliding glass doors leading to the pool, which is set on a hillside and offers expansive views of LA’s lights and the mountains in the distance.

Other highlights include a terrace-equipped library, a recording studio with both isolation booths and a control room, a home theater with a concession bar and, on the lower-level, a wine-tasting and dining area.

Beneath the property there’s a basement parking garage that can fit four vehicles.
