This was a shock to me but I still decided to buy it. I did not mention this fact in the first video I did on the property because I had not decided how to handle the situation yet and I decided to keep this fact to myself and my team was the best bet.
After talking it over we decided the best option is to talk about what happened and disclose it to any possible buyers even though it is not legally required to be disclosed in Colorado.
