The California home where Bob Saget lived for 20 years is getting a $770,000 price cut after three months on the market without a buyer, The Post has learned.
The six-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom estate was first listed in June — five months after Saget passed away in a Florida hotel — for $7.76 million. It now asks $6.99 million.
It spans more than 6,600 square feet.
The late comedian purchased the Los Angeles home in 2003 — the year it was renovated and newly designed — for $2.9 million. He lived there until his death.
Upon entry is an expansive foyer with stone and hardwood flooring throughout the home.
The floorplan on the first floor features a skylighted two-story living room with an adjacent formal dining room, media and family rooms, and a guest room. The eat-in kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast counter and a walk-in pantry.
Amenities include a grand motor court, a three-car garage, a pool, a spa, a barbecue, and entertainment and smart home controls, the listing states.
The primary suite comes with high vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, a private patio, and a “spa-like bathroom.”
There is also a separate guest house that was last used as a fitness room.
Adam Saget, the late Saget’s nephew, holds the listing with Compass.
“Personally, I’m going to miss our family gatherings and holiday celebrations we shared together in the home,” Adam previously told The Post in a statement. “So many great stories, lots of laughs and memories to cherish for years to come.”
“Bob was very into tech. Over the years he put in smart house controls and automation throughout the home,” Adam Saget added.
Saget unexpectedly died on Jan. 9, 2022 at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando hotel at the age of 65. His death was the result of of blunt head trauma, according to the coroner.
He was found unresponsive in his hotel room. Emergency responders pronounced Saget dead at the scene.
Saget was best known for playing Danny Tanner on “Full House” from 1987 to 1995, and for hosting “America’s Funniest Home Videos” from 1989 to 1997.
In the last years of his life, he hosted the podcast “Bob Saget’s Here For You.”
At the time of his death, Saget was on his “I Don’t Do Negative Comedy Tour.”
