US housing market entering ‘deep freeze’

“They have gone up significantly over the last three years and also the cost of gaining a mortgage has gained up significantly, almost doubling. If you had a medium house of about 400,000, the payment went from about 9.75 to almost 1900 dollars,” Busch told i24NEWS.
