Costs associated with buying a REAL ESTATE investment in USA – Mauricio Ordoñez

Buying Real Estate
The costs directly associated with the investment correspond to: notary and deed expenses, which are charged by attorneys (what in others countries is known as notary public, in the U.S. it is called title company).

These costs will be directed to documentation records in the city where the property is located and also to carry out the studies of the titles or deeds of the property, guaranteeing that at the moment of signing no extra encumbrances arise for the buyer.

I am Mauricio Ordonez, president and founding partner of QKapital, a bank in the United States.
