Aaron Rodgers has sold his longtime California home — where he would go to unwind in the offseason — for $5.13 million, The Post can report.
The Green Bay Packers quarterback initially purchased the five-bedroom, six-bathroom San Diego abode nearly 12 years ago, in 2009, for $2,055,000, property records show.
The transaction happened fairly quickly. The house first hit the market on Oct. 13, and had a pending offer only a week later.
The sale closed just before the New Year, on Nov. 29.
Orva Harwood with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices represented Rodgers in the sale.
Photos of the Mediterranean-style home, which spans nearly 5,800 square feet, reveal a wine cellar, movie theater and game room-slash-guest room with a private entrance. It also contains a pool and spa with a fire pit.
Just minutes from Solana Beach and Torrey Pines State Reserve, the privately gated one-acre property has been renovated to include a kitchen with green marble quartzite counters and a large family room with LaCantina Doors leading to an oversized patio, adjacent to the pool and spa.
Features of the primary suite include a view deck, an expansive office with a wood-burning fireplace and a luxury bath with a walk-in closet, the defunct listing notes.
The move comes two years after Rodgers shelled out a whopping $28 million for an all-cash offer on a luxury Malibu oceanfront estate for himself and then-girlfriend Danica Patrick. It appears he is still holding onto the home today.
Meanwhile, Rodgers, 38, who is now engaged to Shailene Woodley, has been spending time with his fiancé in Boulder, Colorado, where the actress lives.
Rumors have circulated Rodgers could head over to the Broncos after years of dissatisfaction with the Packers.
In recent months, the three-time MVP has made waves for some controversial comments concerning his anti-vaccine stance.
Woodley, a liberal, is reportedly not letting politics get in the way of her relationship with Rodgers.
“They are not talking about their politics, and they never really have,” a source told People about the couple. “They disagreed on a lot of things. Early on, they decided to agree to disagree about things and not debate them.”
“She is not someone whose mind you can change, so Aaron hasn’t even tried,” the source added.
The “Big Little Lies” actress, 30, is politically active. She was arrested protesting the Dakota Access Pipeline in Standing Rock, North Dakota, in 2016 and supported Sen. Bernie Sanders during his 2020 presidential run.
Meanwhile, Rodgers has been vocal in his critiques of President Biden and how the government has handled COVID-19 vaccinations. His comments came one month after Biden took a light jab at Rodgers for being unvaccinated.
Rodgers announced his engagement to Woodley last February during his NFL Honors acceptance speech for league MVP. The two had been dating since 2020.
