Bobby Flay has finally sold his Chelsea spread for $5.6 million, according to city property records filed Wednesday.
That price may sound high but the apartment at 252 Seventh Ave. — aka the Chelsea Mercantile — had been on and off the market for years. It asked $7.95 million when it listed for sale in 2015 following his split with his then-wife, Stephanie March, of “Law & Order: SVU.”
Flay’s 3,256-square-foot duplex comes with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a home office, lounge with a bar and a top chef’s kitchen.
Interiors were by MG Company, which designed some of Flay’s restaurants over the years.
Last year, Flay bought a new-construction home out west in the Hollywood Hills of Los Angeles for $7.6 million — down from its original asking price of $9.7 million.

On the deed for his New York City sale, Flay listed another address: 82 Nassau St. The top chef — whose Nolita restaurant, Gato, closed during the pandemic — is participating in New York-based billionaire Marc Lore’s new food delivery concept, Wonder, as The Post previously reported.
