Developer Gil Dezer, of Miami’s Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa, is launching a new luxury condo in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla., in collaboration with Bentley Motors.

It’s the first branded Bentley residence in the world, and each residence will include an in-unit multi-car garage on the same floor as their apartment via a patented elevator known as the Dezervator.

The 749-foot-tall tower — set to be the tallest on an American beachfront — is slated for a 2026 completion.

Prices start at $4.2 million and each unit will come with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, water views and a balcony with a pool and an outdoor shower.

Building amenities include a private restaurant with a resident chef, a cinema, whiskey bar and cigar lounge, gym, pool, spa, cabanas and landscaping.

The sales gallery, which opens at 18325 Collins Ave. in January, will include a Macallan Whisky Bar and Lounge, a Bentley Heritage room with a car and a life-size Bentley car sculpture.

Speaking of future plans: Developer Joe Farrell has closed on the purchase of a former Westchester country club for $16.5 million, The Post has learned.

Farrell will be using the 127 acres — formerly the Ridgeway Country Club in White Plains — to build luxury homes in the area.

Farrell said there is limited inventory in Westchester and he is looking forward “to bringing our great Hamptons style to Westchester.”
