‘Sex and the City’ spread asks $2.19M in Greenwich Village

Real Estate

Here’s your chance to live it up like a character — or creator — of “Sex and the City.”

The Greenwich Village complex where “SATC” writer Candace Bushnell once lived, and where Chris Noth — aka Mr. Big, the love interest of Sarah Jessica Parker’s character, Carrie — still lives, is asking $2.19 million. Three buildings — 35, 45, and 29 E. 9th St. — make up the prewar co-op compound.

Bushnell sold her co-op, at 45 E. 9th St., for $2.6 million in 2015.

The current listing, at 35 E. 9th St., is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex.

It comes with a home office and pre-war details like lots of oversize windows and hardwood floors.

The home opens to a foyer that leads to a great room with a 16-foot-tall barreled ceiling, a fireplace flanked by built-in bookshelves and a Juliet balcony.

The main bedroom is on the upper floor with a large closet and a spa-like bathroom. The buildings, by architect Harvey Wiley Corbett, date to 1924.
