Saving for retirement later in life is tricky since you don’t have decades to invest. This is why we went for investing other than stocks with more alternative investing methods. Many of the nontraditional strategies we used are based on slightly alternative stock strategies, cash flow real estate rentals and online business income streams.
Alternative investment strategies covered for both regular or retirement accounts such as 401K and IRA investments are:
Selling Covered Calls
Tactical investments vs strategic investments
Cash flow real estate
Multiple income streams from capital
Online business income
Buying online business
Lowering wealth management fees
