After 2020, who wouldn’t want to move to a gorgeous, recently renovated, fully furnished townhouse in coastal Italy?

Now you can win a hance for as little as $32.

Brits Jon and Annmarie Nurse, who last year raffled off their $517,000 vacation home in Tuscany, Italy, are now offering up their other home in the coastal town of Piazza Calabro via the Win Houses in Italy site – for just $32 a ticket.

The historic and recently renovated townhouse is within walking distance to the beach in the historic center of Pizzo Calabro, called the “Coast of the Gods.”

The home is fully furnished, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a beautiful open-plan kitchen and living space with a balcony overlooking the sea. The deal also includes transfer taxes and legal fees. plus two flights to Italy with car hire and accommodation for and nights to sign the transfer of ownership.

The competition closes when 10,000 tickets are sold or on Sept. 16, 2021, with proceeds going to benefit Braccio Di Ferro, a local Italian children’s hospice.

The last auction of their Tuscan home raised $69,000 for The Children’s Society.
