Zac Efron slashes price of LA home following Australia move, no offers

Zac Efron was forced to slash the price of his custom-designed Los Angeles home after spending 127 days on the market without a buyer, The Post has learned.

After initially listing it for $5.9 million in December, Efron, 33, cut the price by $225,000 in March, to $5.575 million.

But it appears — despite the price cut — the spacious home is still having some trouble selling.

Efron purchased the property in 2013 for $4 million, property records show. But since moving to Australia in August to shoot a film, the “Baywatch” star no longer sees the need to keep his previous home of seven years.

The move to sell his five-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion follows last summer’s premiere of his Netflix documentary series “Down to Earth,” where he explored healthier ways of living. Season 2 is reportedly filming now.

Spanning 5,644 square feet, pieces of Efron’s style can be seen throughout the home.

Skateboards line the staircase wall and railings that connect the main and lower levels. A poster of Bruce Lee can also be seen on the upper story’s walls, next to an in-ground gold-plated water feature. Below, a den boasts a pinball machine and game tables.

In his office, a gallery of photos from sets of his many movies hangs on the wall.

Situated in the Oaks section of Los Feliz and pegged as a “Zen contemporary compound,” the home is gated for the utmost privacy.

A long driveway opens up to views from downtown to the ocean, which remain visible from every room in the house.

The master suite is located on the main level, with three additional bedrooms downstairs. A separate one-bedroom and one-bath guesthouse is also featured in the estate.

Boasting an open-floor plan, with wide expanses of glass walls, the home is made for easy “indoor-outdoor flow” access, according to the listing. The decks and terraces run the length of the house.

Other amenities include a chef’s kitchen with ceiling-high windows, a spa-like master bath, a gym, a wine cellar and security cameras. A newly redone pool and spa with a waterfall feature are also included.

Efron recently made headlines for his split with Vanessa Valladares after 10 months of dating, Page Six reported. A video clip of Efron celebrating Earth Day also had fans gossiping about whether the former Disney star got plastic surgery
