The Georgia mansion showcased in the Netflix series “Cobra Kai” has hit the market for $2.65 million.
But the LaRusso family home, for all its beauty, has some questionable features. Well, one questionable feature: the shower.
The quirky, barn-like installation seems a bit out of sync with the rest of the home — which, for the most part, is eloquently designed. It appears more like something leftover from the Roman ruins, and people have taken to social media to express their feelings.
“That shower stall looks more like a horse stall,” one person remarked on Instagram.
“Can you also cook a wood fired pizza in the bathroom,” another joked.
“When you want to shower, but only if you can do it at the ruins of the coliseum,” someone else quipped.
Another person was more focused on maintenance of it, asking, “Okay, but how do you clean that shower???”
The producers must have forgotten to feature that part of the home while the teen boys were practicing their karate moves.
Perhaps the most redeemable quality of the home is the cute dog also seen in one of the listing’s photos. He likely doesn’t come with the house, but many clickers have been sold on the home because of the furry creature.
“I won’t buy a house that doesn’t come with a dog pic,” one Instagram user wrote.
“The dog is awesome,” another offered.
In the movie, they presented the location of the home as an upscale Encino, California, neighborhood, despite its real location being in Marietta.
And aside from the confusing shower, the rest of the property is glorious.
Built in 2008, the home is made up of six bedrooms and seven baths and spans a massive 9,214 square feet.
Features of the home include a built-in pond in the center courtyard, manicured aesthetic gardens, an outdoor pool, three fireplaces, a wet bar and cathedral ceilings.
The owners of the historical Tuscan home had designed the sprawling estate to mimic their time spent on Italy’s Amalfi Coast.
“From two sitting former U.S. Presidents to legendary golfer Arnold Palmer, the estate offers the next owner the opportunity to own a piece of history,” the listing stated.
A new season of the series is expected in January 2022 — LaRusso family home not included.
