Fashion exec Paul Raffin, former CEO of John Varvatos and the Frye Company, has listed his abode at 32 W. 18th St. for just under $5 million.

The home appeared in Episode 2 of the buzzy HBO Max show “Love Life,” starring Anna Kendrick.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom loft features 10-foot ceilings, mahogany-clad windows, limestone floors with radiant heat and a gas-burning fireplace.

The study is equipped with a customized Italian wall unit and sleek Murphy bed, plus motorized black-out shades, so it can instantly transform from daytime office to nighttime nook.

Erin Boisson Aries and Nicola Bottero of Christie’s International Real Estate’s New York City brokerage have the listing.
