Live like DiCaprio and Chopra in $9 million healthy home

Real Estate

Back in 2014, Hollywood heartthrob Leonardo DiCaprio and spiritual guru Deepak Chopra partnered to help turn 66 E. 11th St. into a den of health and wellness.

(All units come with circadian light therapy; filtered water and purified air; bio-based insulation for sound reduction; “posture-supportive” floors; and window box “herbariums” in the open chef kitchens.)

DiCaprio and Chopra both bought units (the latter still lives there), and Kim Kardashian looked at its stunning penthouse triplex when it was asking $50 million.

The penthouse recently sold for the mega-slashed price of $14 million to Elin and Michael Nierenberg (of New Residential Investment Corp.) after they sold their nearby townhouse (which they bought from Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick) for $15.8 million.

Now, a three-bedroom home in the building is on the market for $8.95 million — much lower than its original 2013 asking price of $15.5 million.

The full-floor unit, which opens directly from the elevator, wows with 11-foot ceilings, Siberian oak floors and a spa-like master bath, complete with a Jacuzzi soaking tub, a “reflexology stone path” and limestone floors with radiant heat.

The listing brokers are Dana Power and Max Nehrig of Corcoran.
