The Stimulus Package Just CRASHED The Housing Market! | What This Means For The Housing CRISIS

Selling Real Estate
The $1.9 Trillion Stimulus Package is OFFICIALLY getting signed and things just got a lot worse for the housing market! As you all know if you watch my channel I personally believe we are in an artificial market. Everything is being pumped by the government to make the markets seem like they are “Ok”. The reality is millions of Americans are in difficult positions who can’t afford their rental/mortgage payments. Millions of Americans are on the verge of evictions or foreclosures. Millions of americans are taking forbearance and even extending it just to be able to live under a roof. The moratoriums keep getting extended for evictions and foreclosures because the government doesn’t want the housing market to flood. We are in a Housing Crisis and this is only the start.

The government has constantly injected Trillions of Dollars into the economy causing a fake market to stay afloat. Everything is being done so the economy and real estate markets don’t crash. Bail outs are happening left and right in all industries but the truth is, things will eventually have to go down. No matter how long the government keeps trying to delay the pain of what’s really happening, it’ll eventually pay its price.

The housing market is so expensive right now and competition is fierce. Millions of Americans are out bidding one another desperately trying to win a home. Real Estate is being overpriced, home buyers are waiving important contingencies and inventory is at an all time low. To top it all off, mortgage interest rates are motivating everyone to buy real estate due to the rates being so cheap.

President Joe Biden officially announced the $1.9 Trillion Dollar Stimulus Package will be signed. This will be giving $300 per week in unemployment benefits, $1,400 stimulus checks to millions of Americans and most importantly a $30 BILLION DOLLAR injection of money into the housing market. This is NOT going to end well.
