Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber just shelled out $2.3 million for a two-bedroom, three-bathroom Miami Beach penthouse.
Located at the prestigious Ritz-Carlton Residences, the canal-front condo is a lower penthouse unit spanning 2,020 square feet.
The listing first hit the market on Nov. 13.
The home boasts floor-to-ceiling glass windows with views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami. Featuring an open-floor plan, the corner residence is immersed in sunlight.
It also comes with a semi-private elevator, a private foyer, spacious living areas, and natural stone and wood flooring.
The bathrooms and kitchen are designed by the Boffi brand and Lualdi oversized solid-co doors.
Built in 2019, the fairly new building structure is made up of nine stories and boasts several amenities, including a rooftop pool deck with spacious cabanas, a poolside grille and a lush meditation garden.
It even offers reserved boat slips on a private waterway.
Other features of the building include a club room, a pool table, virtual golf simulation room, a spa and a gym, described as “day-to-day living as extensions of one’s home.”
Former model Crawford, 55, and businessman Gerber, 58, join other notable inhabitants of The Residences, including former Mets player Mike Piazza, who was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2016.
Gerber sold off Casamigos Tequila for $1 billion in 2018. He initially launched the company in January 2013 with partners George Clooney and Mike Meldman.
The couple shares two children — a 21-year-old son, Presley Gerber, and a 19-year-old daughter, Kaia Gerber.
