It’s a real life-size Barbie dream house!
Tyra Banks just scored an oceanfront Malibu, California, home for $4.72 million.
The supermodel-turned-TV-star — who played a Barbie-like doll in 2000’s “Life-Size” — purchased the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home practically hovering over the Pacific Ocean.
Banks, 47, apparently snagged a good deal. The home was originally listed in November for $5,500,000.
The home boasts idyllic views of the sea and offers 4,089-square-feet of living space.
Built in 1982, the two-story home is uniquely designed with high ceilings and an open floor plan.
The main living area holds floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
The upstairs bedroom includes a master suite with a focal fireplace, a walk-in closet and an oceanfront terrace.
But the expansive rooftop terrace takes the cake with panoramic views up and down the coast.
Despite its perks, the new host of the popular “Dancing With the Stars” television series will need to revamp and renovate the home that seems to be stuck in the 1980s.
Banks has an estimated net worth of $90 million. From her modeling days to when she created “America’s Next Top Model,” to her daytime show and other entrepreneurial endeavors, by now she deserves her dream house.
Banks has been on a buying and selling tear over the years. Since 2018 she has bought and sold at least three other California properties, including a Pacific Palisades home for $8.9 million that she purchased two years prior for $7.35 million.
The star has been dating Canadian businessman Louis Bélanger-Martin since October 2019.
