Should You Trust Real Estate Agents When You are Buying a House?
According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), there are approximately 1.4 million Realtors in the United States. And about 20% of all Realtors have had their license for one year or less.

Historically, Realtors rank very low when it comes to being trustworthy. According to an Inman article, Realtors rank just above politicians and car salesmen when it comes to consumer trustworthiness.

If you are a first time home buyer and you are buying a house for the first time, should you even use a real estate agent? Or are you better off going about your purchase without using a Realtor?

In this video, Matt talks about whether or not you can trust Realtors and how to go about finding a trustworthy real estate agent if you decide you want to use an agent.
