Is House Flipping Still Good in Chicago?
In this video I research some recent sales of rehabbed properties on Chicago’s north side.

Portage Park rehabs with 2nd story additions are selling for $660,000, Avondale rehabs selling for $800,000.

The rehab market in Chicago isn’t as hot as it was 4 years ago but investors are still making great profits flipping houses. Low inventory is the only thing slowing the rehab market down, so getting your hands on a good property to flip is the key.

Once the rehab is completed and done nicely there are plenty of buyers still looking for rehabbed properties to buy.
