The late photographer Pete Turner’s East End home is now in contract.
It was last asking $3.19 million — down from its original $3.87 million asking price last October. The home, in Wainscott, is at 32 Westwood Road.
The traditional shingle-style home, built in 1988, is 5,800 square feet and sits on 1.4 acres.
Inside, it features three bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms, two wood-burning fireplace, skylights, sliding glass doors and a chef’s kitchen with colorful tiles that echo the vivid use of color that Turner was known for.
The landscaped property also comes with a pool and an artist’s studio.
The listing brokers are John Vitello and Gayle Osman Lopata of Brown Harris Stevens.
