Real Estate

A Brooklyn Heights townhouse sold for $6.25 million. The five-story, mid-19th-century brownstone once caught the eye of actor Adam Driver, back in 2017, as we previously reported.

Back then the home, at 154 Hicks St., was asking $4.79 million. But it has gone through a full renovation since then and was last asking $6.49 million.

The five-bedroom home is 5,400 square feet. It features a stoop entry and restored original details, along with a large chef’s kitchen overlooking the garden through steel casement windows and a new rear deck.

There’s also a finished basement for a media room, gym or playroom along with a laundry room and a wine-tasting room with a herringbone brick floor. The main bedroom takes up a full floor.

The listing brokers were Ravi Kantha, Matthew Lesser, Gian Mitchell and Cameron LeCates of Leslie J. Garfield.
