‘Yellowstone’ star Cole Hauser lists $4.25M SoCal ranch

Real Estate

Art imitates life, and actor Cole Hauser — most recently known for his role as ranch hand Rip Wheeler on “Yellowstone” — has listed his actual ranch for $4.25 million.

The Los Angeles Times reports that Hauser, also known for his roles in “Dazed and Confused” and “Good Will Hunting,” has owned this Agoura Hills, Calif., horse ranch for a decade. He purchased the property for $2.34 million.

The 2.64-acre grounds include two equestrian areas, riding trails, a main house and a guest house.

The main house, which is solar-powered, has a great room with a stone fireplace, a large eat-in chef’s kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Outside, the new owner can get terraces with views of the Santa Monica Mountains, lounging and dining areas, and a pool and spa with a waterslide.

Listing images also show Southwest-style charm, with arched doorways, wood-beamed ceilings and tiled floors — the most ornate of which have colorful designs and lead to the home’s entry.

The guest house, meanwhile, comes with a smaller kitchen, a fireplace and floor-to-ceiling doors. There’s an additional studio apartment, which fits an office and a smaller kitchen.

Lily Harfouche and Jessica White, of Compass, are repping this listing.
