Captain Sandy Yawn, star of Bravo’s popular reality TV show “Below Deck,” is charting a course for the Hamptons.
One spot she checked out is a waterfront compound at 317 Noyac Road in Southampton that is on the market for $10.99 million. It was rented out by the Kardashian clan in the summer of 2014 during the filming of spinoff series “Kourtney & Khloé Take the Hamptons.”
Yawn told Page Six earlier this summer that she loves spending time out east.
“I like going to the Hamptons for the summer and not to be able to do that is so hard,” said Yawn, referencing coronavirus travel restrictions still in place around Memorial Day, when she spoke to Page Six.
“Below Deck: Mediterranean” taping wrapped before the pandemic, even though season 5 premiered June 1. Yawn spent lockdown at home in Denver with girlfriend Leah Shafer.
The five-bedroom, 6½-bathroom home Yawn toured, located in an enclave called North Sea, is 6,140 square feet and sits on a peninsula.
The architect was Lea Kritzer, mother of the owner, Lizzz Kritzer.
The home is “really one of a kind in the Hamptons, as the pool is directly on the water,” Lizzz told Gimme Shelter.
There’s a large waterfront lawn, a sandy beach and a 85-foot dock that has room for boats, Jet Skis, paddle boards and kayaks — all on 2 acres.
The listing broker is Danielle Lise Desrochers, of Nest Seekers International.
