Real Estate

A very grand Upper East Side apartment has just hit the market for $32.5 million.

The sellers are shopping mall mogul David Simon and his wife Jackie.

The couple first listed their stately fourth-floor pad at 625 Park Ave. for $39.5 million in 2016. (They bought it for $25 million in 2011 from financier David Matlin and his wife Lisa.)

The über-posh 7,300-square-foot home has been decorated by Tony Ingrao.

The six-bedroom property features multiple fireplaces, a gym, billiards room, a chef’s kitchen with a pantry and staff quarters.

Oh, monthly maintenance runs a hefty $21,654 a month.

The 15-story limestone building, designed by J.E.R. Carpenter, was built in 1931 and converted to co-ops in 1968.

The listing broker is Richard Steinberg, of Douglas Elliman.
